Lead research and first messages written for each business

Lead research enriches each lead with a short profile, a fit score and talking points, then writes a first message for that specific business. You read and approve every message before anything is sent, so personal outreach does not cost you an hour per lead.

What each lead gets

  • A profile. What the business does, who it serves and what stands out, drawn from its own website and public pages.
  • A fit score. A 0 to 100 score against your product brief, with the reason behind it.
  • Talking points. The specific angles worth raising with this business, based on your brief and what the research found.
  • A first message. A short opener written for this business, not a template with a name swapped in.

Why the brief matters

Every product in your workspace has its own brief: what it is, who it is for and the objections buyers raise. Lead research reads that brief before writing anything. A message for your clinic software and a message for your payroll service, sent to the same business, will make different points.

Keep the brief honest and specific. List the real objections you hear, such as "we already use a spreadsheet" or "too expensive for one location", so talking points address them up front. The ideal customer profile template helps you write one.

Templates versus researched openers

For examples of openers that get read, see B2B first message templates.

How approval works

Nothing is sent without your approval. That keeps you in charge of tone, accuracy and what your business says to a stranger.

  1. 1Pick leads from a lead search, a CSV import or leads added by hand.
  2. 2Lead research builds the profile, score, talking points and first message.
  3. 3Read the message. Edit it, rewrite it or approve it as is.
  4. 4Approved messages go out through your WhatsApp campaign, paced and inside your send window.

Useful even if you do not send from here

The profile and talking points are worth having before any sales call, whatever channel you use. Teams selling in the US, where many business lines cannot receive WhatsApp, can still use lead research to prepare calls and visits from a researched lead list.

What makes a first message work

A good B2B opener is short, specific and easy to answer. It shows you looked at the business, names one problem your product solves for businesses like it, and asks a question that takes a few seconds to reply to. It does not open with a long introduction about your company.

Lead research drafts openers along those lines, using the talking points it found. Your job in review is the part software cannot do well: checking that the detail is right, that the tone suits your market, and that you would be comfortable sending it under your own name. If a draft makes a claim you cannot stand behind, cut it.

Frequently asked questions

What is lead enrichment here?

For each lead, Prime Leads Finder builds a short profile, scores fit from 0 to 100 against your product brief, and lists talking points. Contact details come from the lead search, which reads each company's website for a phone number and email.

Does it send messages automatically?

No. The first message is a draft. You approve or edit it before anything is sent.

Is the message really written for each business?

Yes. It is written from that business's profile and your product brief, so two leads get different openers rather than the same template with a new name.

Can I use lead research for leads I already have?

Yes. Import a CSV or add leads by hand, and they get the same profile, score, talking points and first message.
