Privacy notice

Prime Leads Finder is operated by Atrix Digital LLC (“Atrix”, “we”). This notice covers the public website at primeleadfinder.com — in particular the Book a demo form — and signing in with Atrix. Atrix’s main privacy policy at atrix.dev/privacy-policy applies to your Atrix account itself.

What we collect from the demo form

• Your name, work email and company, which are required.
• Your phone or WhatsApp number, country, what you sell and your message, if you give them.
• A one-way hash of your IP address and your browser’s user agent, used only to stop abuse of the form. We do not store the IP address itself.

What we do with it

We use these details to reply to you and arrange a demo, and nothing else. They are recorded in our own CRM (Atrix) as a company, a contact and a sales opportunity, and our team may be notified on WhatsApp (Meta) when a request arrives. We do not sell your details, add you to a mailing list, or share them with anyone outside Atrix except the service providers that host our systems.

Our legal basis is your request: you asked us to contact you about a demo.

Signing in with Atrix

When a member of an Atrix workspace signs in, Atrix tells us their name, email, profile picture, role and which workspace they chose — the Know who you are permission on the Atrix consent screen, and nothing more. We keep a token that lets us check once a day that they still belong to the workspace, and we discard it when they sign out.

How long we keep it

Demo requests are kept for as long as we are in conversation with you and for up to 24 months after, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the details you gave us, or object to how we use them, by emailing hello@atrix.dev. We reply within one month.

Cookies

The public site sets no tracking cookies. Signing in sets cookies that are strictly necessary to keep you signed in, and the site remembers your light or dark theme in your browser.
