Use case
Business development for recruiting and staffing agencies
Prime Leads Finder helps recruiting and staffing agencies win new client accounts: it researches which kinds of companies are likely to need staff, finds those companies by city or country, and writes a first message per company that you approve before sending.
Winning clients, not candidates
This is for the business development side of an agency: finding companies that will pay you to fill roles. Prime Leads Finder is not a candidate sourcing tool. It finds and researches businesses, then helps you open a conversation with them.
How agencies use it
- 1Set up each service line, such as warehouse temps, nursing staff or tech contractors, as a product with its own brief and objections.
- 2Ask Ask anything where demand is growing: "Which cities in the Gulf are seeing new logistics warehouses open, and who hires for them?" Look at buying triggers like new sites or seasonal peaks.
- 3Run a lead search for that segment, such as "third-party logistics warehouses in Dubai and Abu Dhabi".
- 4Review by fit score, then let lead research write talking points and an opener for each company.
- 5Send where it fits, and track each account on the pipeline.
Useful details for staffing
- Buying triggers. Research reports list what makes a segment start buying, which for staffing often means expansion, new sites or seasonal demand.
- Repeat searches. Set searches to repeat daily or weekly to catch new businesses as they appear.
- Service lines kept apart. Each product has its own leads and campaigns, and leads are de-duplicated by phone across all of them.
- Insights from replies. Sales insights show the objections clients raise, like fees or exclusivity, so you can answer them up front.
Generic pitch versus researched pitch
See B2B first message templates for openers you can adapt.
| Generic agency pitch | Researched first message | |
|---|---|---|
| Opening | "We provide top talent" | Refers to the company's business and likely staffing need |
| Fit | Sent to anyone | Sent to companies scored for fit against your brief |
| Objection handling | After the no | Talking points ready before the first reply |
| Control | Mass send | You approve each message |
Channels and rules
In markets where hiring managers and business owners use WhatsApp, WhatsApp campaigns let you reach them from your own number, paced and inside your send window, and the AI sales agent hands interested clients to a recruiter. In the US, where many business lines cannot receive WhatsApp, use research and lead finding to build your target account list. Follow WhatsApp's Business Policy and local law. See pricing or request early access.
An example first message
An example opener, to adapt rather than copy:
"Hi Priya, I saw that Gulf Logistics is opening a new warehouse in Jebel Ali. New sites usually need a lot of temporary staff in the first few months. We place warehouse teams across Dubai, often within the week. Who looks after hiring for the new site?"
It ties your service to a specific change at the company and asks who to talk to, which is often the most useful answer you can get from a first message.
Frequently asked questions
Does Prime Leads Finder source candidates?
No. It is for finding and researching client companies, the businesses that hire your agency.
Can it tell me which companies are hiring?
It does not track job postings. Research reports describe segments and the triggers that make them buy, such as expansion, and lead search finds companies in those segments.
Does it do LinkedIn or email outreach?
No. Outreach runs through WhatsApp campaigns from your own linked numbers. Research, lead lists and talking points are useful whatever channel you use.
Can I run separate campaigns for different service lines?
Yes. Make each service line a product, and its campaigns, research and leads stay separate.
